Day 1 of Nathan's Eagle Project

For Nathan's Eagle Project he is building  an Agility Course for the Agoura Hills Animal Shelter.  For day 1 he directed some Scouts in building a ramp which is 3 parts connected by bolts for easy separation and travel. They also sawed PVC pipes for weave poles.

Day 2 of Nathans Eagle Project

Nathan oversaw other Scouts and a Mom as they painted his project. 

Morro Bay

Sunday we left for a short 3 1/2 day trip to Morro Bay. When we got there we walked around the town a little.

Montana de Oro

Here the boys climbed all over a big rock, I explored and drew Seagulls and we went to a lookout. Later we went to a fairy forest and the Morro Bay Museum  of Natural  History.

Sea Otter

We saw lots of Sea Otters hanging around the kelp.

Kayaking

We rented a Kayak for the boys while we went on a small boat tour.

Cayucos Beach

Tuesday we just hung out at the beach most of the day.
