Final Pinewood Dirby

Nathan had pinewood dirby this week and was #1 in Webelos and 7th overall so I figure that was a good way to go out Since its his last year. I helped him make the Batmoble from the animated eries with the help from a member of the ward.

Roadshow

Ben was part of a roadshow this weekend, he seemed to have a lot of fun and his leaders said that while he wasn't the best dancer they just raved about how hard a worker he was and well behaved.

Ben's Fieldtrip to the Getty Villa

Thursday I chaperoned Bens fieldtrip to the Getty Museum which was fun, although I learned first hand what a hardnose his teacher is.

Cub Scouts Blue & Gold Dinner

This years Blue and Gold Dinner was Circus themed, Nathan received awards and there were carnival games, pizza and pasta and other fun activities.

All of the Cub Scouts were asked to make a cake with their Fathers so we made a bundt cake and put a paper cone on it to make a circus tent with circus Lego minifigures.

Scout Popcorn Skyhigh Reward

Nathan sold over $800.00 in Scout Popcorn last fall, so he made the $600.00 club which allowed him to go to a special Skyhigh morning activity. Nathans favorite was the basketball hoops. They also had free pie.

 

  

  

  

Reading to dogs

Nathan took part in Charlotte s regular Reading to dogs library program. We allowed him to watch the Puppy Bowl today which he really enjoyed.

Ward Christmas Party

Nathan met with Santa at the Ward Christmas Party for what may possibly be the final time as a believer.

Lazertag Extreme

Since we were all sick Ben's birthday party got delayed a week, he wanted to take 3 friends Sean, Josh and Paul to Lasertag Extreme.

Ben's Birthday Morning

One of Ben's Birthday requests was presents in bed, he also wanted breakfast in bed, but we were out of Bisquick so I toke him out to McDonalds for breakfast.

Nathan's Christmas Chorus Concert at the Mall

Nathan's been in Acacia Chorus since last year and they performed at the Mall a week and a half ago

Boy Scout hike to Mash filming location

Boys Boy Scout Troop went on a hike out to the Mash Filming Location at Malibu Creek State Park, he brought our camera and toke all of the pictures except for the one that he is in. He was made Troop Scibe so he toke pictures.
