I e-mailed the Easter Bunny and he came on Saturday this year.

For one of our Family Home Evenings Nathan practiced wrapping Ben up for First Aid.

Scouting for Food

Both Ben and Nathan's Scout group collected food for the needy a week ago, they collected 700 items. By the way I was just called as Boy Scout Leader to the 11 year olds (Nathan's group) and this was my first meeting. The call has both scares and excites me.

Ben's Concert

Ben was in a concert with judges Friday evening, this was them filing into the gym beforehand.

Peanuts movie

This was taken back in November when we went to the Peanuts movie and I'm just now getting around to posting it.

Maker Box Library Activity

Charlotte had an activity in the Maker Box series where they create things out of clay and then light them up.

Scout Court of Honor

We had a Scout Court of Honor, Ben earned his Star Rank and about 4 or 5 merit badges, he was supposed to get his Star last August, but the award ceremony was canceled.

Redwood Middle School Elementary School Orientation

Ben's current school Redwood Middle School had a special orientation for 8 different elementary schools during the school day so I walked with Nathan's class to check it out since he'll be attending Redwood next year.

 

Sky High Cub Scout Popcorn Sales Awards

Nathan sold $1750.00 in Scout Popcorn sales this year! (Thank You to those who bought from him!) So besides money to go to Cub Camp which was the main reason for selling, he also got a Lego set, a Multi Tool hatchet/pocket knife a gift card and a party at Sky High Trampoline Center for selling so much! My tablet doesn't do motion well so these are all action shots!

Nathan was #1 seller for our Stake, our area the Third place got $1950.00 and the First Place sold $4000.00, and the number one seller in the District sold $6000.00 CoughHighSchoolBoyScoutCough so it was quite intense competition. I'm quite proud of Nathan!

Christmas Break Young Men's Outting

Between Christmas and New Years the Young Men go out to the desert to shoot guns and do other stuff. They didn't have guns this year, but they did go 4 x 4ing in the mountains, Ben went and had a great time.

Neighborhood Lights

Monday Night for Family Home Evening we drove around some neighborhoods to see some of the crazy light displays that people put up, one house was even synched to a radio station.
